•  Be at least 18 years old, purchasing for self or for a child below the age of 18.

•  Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3.1 Viewing Previews

 

Before purchasing a course, you are required to view the course previews provided on our course marketplace and media platforms. This will give you a clear understanding of the course content and structure.

EBMA takes your privacy seriously. Nevertheless, you are required to read the privacy policy before entering in to any online activity with EBMA. By signing up, you are stating that you have read and understood the policy.

3.3 Good Internet Connection

 

A stable and reliable internet connection is essential to access our online courses. We recommend a high-speed internet connection to ensure smooth streaming of video content. Please note, occasional buffering is to be expected.

Only book the classes on offer that you know you can commit to. Places may be limited. Please see our Refund Policy for more details. 4. Payment and Pricing

 

4.1 Pricing

 

All prices are listed in pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

4.2 Payment Methods

 

We accept payments through Paypal and Credit/Debit card. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

5.1 Eligibility for Refund

 

Refunds, or partial refunds are only available within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

 

    •   You have a stable internet connection and a compatible touch screen device.

    •   You, and your child, if you are a parent, have viewed the relevant course 

         preview using your intended device before purchasing.

• If purchasing a Course Package, you are committed to attend the classes on the dates and at the times you have booked.

5.2 Requesting a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@earlybirdsmusic.co.uk with your purchase details and reason for the refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests.

 

5.3 Processing Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

6. Course Access and Usage

 

6.1 License

 

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal or educational purposes only. Educators have permission to use content in person with as many studentsas required. Usage by the Student for individual study requires a separate purchase.You are permitted to share access to the course only when stated as part of a package's features in that limited capacity.

 

6.2 Restrictions

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our course content without prior written permission from Early Birds Music Academy.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content provided by Early Birds Music Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of Early Birds Music Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

Early Birds Music Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our courses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.
